Great service and customer care. I came in looking at the possibility of purchasing a luxury vehicle (for the first time) and I was very pleased overall. My Audi A4 is just an awesome car!

James was wonderful. He gave me his cell number so that I could contact him even when he wasn't at work. He was awesome. He was so helpful and honest.
The salesman, James Taylor, made an extra effort to find an Audi A4 with the exact features we wanted. He found our car on a ship heading for port that was destined for another dealer and negotiated a swap of cars with that dealer. Upon delivery, James did an excellent job demonstrating all the features on the car.
Park Place is an awesome dealership. Very friendly, down to earth, engaging sales representatives. Every time I walked through the door, someone was up and greeting me before the door even closed! Though it took a while to get my car, it was still roughly within the time frame they claimed--I think an extra option I selected caused some delay. I would--and have--recommend Park Place, and James, to others.
Buying a used vehicle can be an overwhelming experience, but the staff at Park Place Motors made the process painless. The staff was helpful, knowledgable about the products, and personable. They helped us find exactly what we wanted at a price that was extremely fair.
We brought our car in to Park Place Motors for it's first year/7500 mile service. This included an oil/filter change, tire rotation, and overall safety inspection of parts and fluids. From the moment of arrival to departure, we were treated with utmost respect and genuine friendliness and concern for doing the job to our satisfaction.
