i had found the used car we bought at Park Place by an internet search. i was looking for a pretty specific type of vehicle and Park Place had one with low miles at a fair price. Ron Thune, our salesman, was great. He told us everything we needed to know, , handled every question, and we took the car out ourselves ona cold day for a long evaluation. I was cruising happily through life until my "trusty" car of 5 years unexpectedly went kaput. Feeling dazed I went to Park Place Motors in search of a used/new/leased car. I had purchased my car in the dark, and picked it up after dark. So, in the daylight, I noticed a few things that could have been better. My seats were somewhat soiled, and a seat release button in my trunk was broken. The dealership was happy to shampoo my seats, and replace the broken piece. They even washed my car.

Just picked up my new 2013 335i xDrive yesterday, couldn't be happier! Sam is a very nice gentleman and fun to do business with. He has been very responsive and always kept me updated on status while I was waiting for the ordered car. I live in the twin cities metro area, but I think it was totally worth the effort to drive extra miles to Rochester to purchase my new bimmer. Great purchase experience and great price too! :)

I have respect for the Luther organization having had past experience with both management and other dealerships. My salesman,Almin was knowledgeable about his product and able to answer my questions comfortably. He was not the stereo typical "car sales guy". He was friendly and seemed to have a sensitivity to my interests and needs rather than coming across as trying to sell a car at all cost. James Taylor was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no point during the experience that I felt like I was being pushed into buying the vehicle. I felt extremely comfortable, and satisfied with the answers to any questions that I had. I'm from Iowa and the service I received at Park Place Motors in Rochester was completely unmatched by anything I would have received in my home state.
