I was greeted by AJ immediately upon entering the service garage. AJ took charge after I explained that I 1:30 appointment for warranty work on our company Kia. He directed me to the waiting area where I was able to sit in comfort and watch election coverage (blech!). I enjoyed a great cup of coffee and the work was completed well ahead of the expected time. AJ offered to mail the paperwork to my boss so I didn't have to wait around any longer and was able to get back on the road to Winona. Thanks much!
Seriously, the best dealership I have ever worked with. After years working with an overpriced dealer in the cities, I found Park Place refreshing. Plus, James is a fabulous salesperson: friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a new Passat from this dealer. For some reason, on the manufacturing side of things this was taking much longer than anticipated. When my dealer found that I sold my current car, they went above and beyond and searched for the car just like I ordered at a nearby dealership. I ended up getting my car, and selling my other on time. I'd recommend them to anyone.
I was greeted immediately on my arrival in the service area. The service manager was personable, friendly and effecient. He explained everything to my understanding and provided additional information and tips about the areas in which I was requesting service. I have always worked with Eric with my car purchases, and he treats me fairly and tries to give me the best deal for my money.
Did not buy my Tiguan at Park Place motors because they did not have the color I wanted when I was shopping and I did not want to wait, but I am from Rochester and want them to do my service. They treated me great. Kevin was especially helpful and asked if I had any questions about how things worked on my Tiguan.
