We had a wonderful experience with Park Place Motors. It was truly worth the drive from the Twin Cities to buy our new Audi Q5. James was exceptional from start to finish and Rob was very friendly. I would highly recommend Park Place Motors.

I was disappointed that the care I received was not as I ordered it. Audi's website was down and I think that contributed to the problem, but more care should have been taken. Nice that I ended up spending $6k less than I expected on options I really didn't need.

I have a collection of Audis. I'm so glad that Park Place Motors is located in my hometown. I have purchased several of my cars from Park Place. James Taylor was my salesman each time. He was very educated on his products, very friendly and helpful throughout the entire sales process. Joshua Kern is a Nationally ranked service advisor that many times can tell me what is wrong with my car before I pull it in for service. After shopping around at several other dealerships around the Twin Cities, I couldn't be happier that I chose to make the drive down to Park Place Motors. James did a terrific job of showing me all the features and benefits of my new car, while Nick made the trade in process very simple and easy. Park Place is unbeatable in customer service and price.

We found our car on Cars.com and your dealership was extremely helpful in working out all the details so that we could purchase this car. They even went the extra mile(s) and met us halfway to sign the paperwork and deliver the vehicle as we live in Missouri. It was a very easy transaction and everyone from the dealership was very pleasant at all times. We will definitely try to use this dealership again the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

My experience was a very pleasant one. John was accommodating and was patient with our requests. John reviewed the features of the new vehicle and walked us throught he warranty information and service program. Rob Benson was informative and forthright in the financing aspects of the process.

I drove 5 hours to pick up an Audi S6 that I found through Autotrader. The Audi exceeded my expectations along with the staff, John and Rob. The car drives beautifully and is exactly what I was looking for!
