This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Park Place in the last year and third overall. We use Park Place because they are friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase new or used.

i had called earlier in the day inquiring about a new vehicle, i had stated my name and they new who i was when i arrived. they had a salesman ready for me, to show and test drive the cars. through the process of test driving and to the end of the purchase the of a vehicle i felt as if the staff really cared about taking care of their customers and just not to make a sale. i really appreciated the tour of the showroom and the the garage units so you know exactly where to go when i would return for maintainance. thank you eri... read more

Paul spent hours working with us, even staying at the dealership late a couple evenings in order for my wife and I to test drive a few vehicles. He was very patient and easy to work with. We have worked with Paul in the past and would highly recommend him as your sales professional.

My wife found the car on cars.com and forwarded it to me via email. The dealership followed up with me and we had a chance to drive the vehicle. The salesman was very informative and helpful. It was the car we were looking for and the financing process went pretty quick. Overall it was a good experience.

Out of any dealership from Rochester mn to Chicago il. This is the best customer service and really good service department also. My whole family has also bought cars from there. Everyone is happy with the service they provide.
