I am happy overall with our experience. I am elated about my new King Ranch f-150. I do wish though that they had'nt pushed the service and extended warranty contracts so much. I feel that $80 a month * 72 is way too expensive for something like that.

We had a very comfortable initial visit to look at our options for a car that was new to us. We were able to become informed as to what options, new or used, were available. We felt very confident in the sales staff that we interacted with. Once we made our choice, all aspects of the sale went extemely smooth and quickly. The sales person Karen really knew her stuff, and took her time with us. She was friendly, efficient, did not try to show us stuff outside our price range, and when there was something that could be interpreted as not in our favor, she told us straight up. We had been to 7 or 8 dealers already, and each of them really put the pressure on us when we tried to leave. I had to wait a long time for my Audi Q5 due to long line ups, but it was great because I was allowed to make changes to my order as the wait continued. Once the car arrived, I immediately got a phone call, and the dealership sent out a car to pick me up so i could see the car. Same day! It was good service, and Karen was great about going over all the details of the car - there are too many cool features!! We purchased a 2012 Audi Q5 from this dealership. The dealership was excellent to work with. Prices were very fair, people were friendly (salesperson, finance person and the used car guy)and they kept us in the loop on our vehicle order status. They also gave us the best deal in town with our trade-in. I would highly recommend this dealership for any new or used vehicle. Out of the 3 new vehicles that we have purchased in our lifetime, Park Place Motors was by far the best dealership that we've worked with.

Very good service from moment I walked on to the lot. Felt very comfortable through out the whole process that I could trust these employees and they understood my needs and requirements. They worked hard to make sure I could get the financing needed to purchase the car. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Top Notch Customer Service!
