I had such a positive experience in buying my brand new 2011 Kia Sorento! I've never bought a vehicle where I was explained all of the vehicle features and showed how they work! Karen Klann was wonderful! My kids (teenage boys and preschool daughter) were treated well while they waited for me in the show room. The experience as a whole was painless and positive. I have given this rating because I was treated well throughout the entire sale by not only my Salesman, but by service, finance and other employees I came in contact with at the Dealership. All the way from the beginning to the close. And checked on in between times when I was waiting. I am very happy with the car that I purchased. Great condition and maintained and ready to drive. I was also able to see what work was done and all the items checked before I purchased. Car fax as well - entire history of previous owner.
It had been 10 years since my wife Theresa and I have looked to purchase a new vehicle. After a year of research and comparison we decided on the KIA Sportage (or so we thought). James did a very nice job of explaining the features of the car, very knowledgeable about the different programs and had a good recover when the picking up of the car did not go smoothly. He was a little to optimistic with the timing of the delivery for the car and we had to return a couple of days later to actually pick the car up. Overall he is one of the more effective car salesmen that we have worked with over the years.
I was looking for a new vehicle because we now have two daughters who are driving. I had gone in to just test drive vehicles and ended up coming home with a new Serento. I had my youngest daughter with me and we both had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and there was absolutely no preasure. All my questions were answered and I felt that I was in control of what my decision would be. It was a great experience and I appreciated the staff's respect and honesty. I am very happy with my decision.
We had a very positive experience buyin our Jetta Diesel from James Moore. In aditition to his friendliness, he was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He was very though in pointing out the functions of the car. We have had the car for only a few days, and are pleased with its style, comfort and performance.
I just bought my 2nd vehicle from Park Place Motors, and besides the fact that I really like the car the sales experience was great. I always dread buying a vehicle. Trying to determine what I need and what I will be talked into. At this dealership I was pleasantly surprised how low key the staff was about selling, but outstanding on helpfulness,knowledge and wanting what was best for the customer.
