I have been in the market for a BM X5 for some time. I found one at this dealership but since I live an hour from the dealership and some work commitments, I needed to get the deal done earlier than expected. James and the team bent over backwords to accomodate my schedule. Rob the business manager was also very helpful.
We had been discussing the need for a new car for quite some time. Our 2000 Passat had almost 180,000 miles on it and had been a great car for us, but we are facing a lot of long road trips to visit family and just felt we would be less anxious if we had something newer. We traded in a Kia Sorento and purchased a new one. We have been so pleased with our Sorento that we would not have anything but... We feel it is a great vehicle. Great team. Gave me a really good price on my trade-in. Very competitive price on my Golf TDI. And when no one else could get me the exact car I wanted, these guys did. Really nice people too. No "let me talk to my manager" B.S. Just pure, genuine professionalism. I would definitely recommend them and already have.
I purchased a used BMW from Brian, one of the managers, and could not have been happier. He provided the total history of the car before the dealership received it, and he went through every detail that the extended warranty provided. He followed up after the purchase to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns about the purchase. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience. I haven't used the service.
Eric Jensen is great, I actually called the dealership I think a couple weeks before, but then thought I had found a better deal somewhere else. The deal feel through and I call back Park Place Motors, but they couldn't remember who talked to me so they sent me over to Eric Jensen. (Or actually passed the phone off to him since I live in TX) They put up with me canceling my deposit then changing my mind again after yet another local deal turned out to be a flooded car. "Completely dissatisfied . They said they will give the..." Completely dissatisfied . They said they will give the car Saturday but that did not happen. It’s an old truck with suspension all rusted out I asked to check that they said everything is okay. The dealer did not explain anything to me what and all they did . It looks like they just want me to take my truck and leave.

"It took 3 hours for a scheduled maintenance appointment...." It took 3 hours for a scheduled maintenance appointment. They warned me it would be long but I didn’t expect it to take that long. Then I had to return later because they messed up some gauges that I couldn’t recover on my own.

Didn't test drive to find the noise we were complaining of. Local mechanic analyzed and fixed problem on 5 min. Will NEVER use McGrath again!!!
