"Everything about the dealership was great with the..." Everything about the dealership was great with the exception of the honesty of the deal. They had this car nearly 5 months. I asked for no discount. I only asked for “ the muddy mats in the front made by weather tech”. Dealers carry weather techs molded mats and they are branded the muddy buddy or whatever the name of VWs mats. I told the sakes person it had the wrong mats that we agreed on. When arriving at the dealership on Saturday, the vehicle was clean and 'ready to go'. "Brought my BMW in for preventive maintenance on 4/29/21...." Brought my BMW in for preventive maintenance on 4/29/21. The maintenance was performed well and took two hours. I was charged $479.51 for labor for an effective labor rate of $239.75 per hour. A little steep even for BMW. Dealer is use "book rate" not as it was intended.

"The appointment was for an oil change and to get a..." The appointment was for an oil change and to get a battery replaced for the emergency call. The battery was noted in Oct and I was told I would receive a phone call when the battery arrived - I never received a phone call. When I arrive after a 45-mile drive I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours to install the battery. I had a meeting and was not able to stay the additional time. "Took it in for a few repairs and oil change. It came out..." Took it in for a few repairs and oil change. It came out with a bad oil pressure sending unit which was not broken before, but somehow I'm responsible for getting that fixed myself or paying them to do it. Everytime we take our diesel trucks to Ford dealerships, they have come out with a new issue every time.

"I was quoted $1,700. I took it to another shop...$802.00..." I was quoted $1,700. I took it to another shop...$802.00 for same exact job, including an idenfied issue that was misdiagnosed severely by mcgrath - A $900+ brake issue that ended up costing me $2.99 at second auto shop(censor).
