"Horrible after service and incompetent service..." Horrible after service and incompetent service department. Lied to me about what they had done for service. That is reason to NEVER use your service again and will NEVER buy from McGrath again. Very disappointed and will tell everyone about our experience. Horrible immoral attitudes. NOT customer oriented.

When I arrived the service technician insisted they didn’t have a shuttle and never have.
