BMW Northwest performed an exceptional job servicing my 2011 Z4. They got me in on the date I requested which was greatly helpful. Because I had to leave my car, they provided a courtesy drop off back to my home, so I can jump in my other BMW. The service rep I dealt with, Keith, was exceptional. He's extremely courteous and friendly and kept me informed of every detail with my car. I went into the Fife BMW dealership where I bought my new car to get my oil changed for the first time. Oscar was the associate who greeted me and took care of me. He was fast and friendly. I told him that this was my first time in the service department and he explained everything to me as we went along. Whenever I have wanted service I get immediate attention with always an appointment in a timely manner. I always feel that I'm listened to and every attempt is made to address all of my concerns. Incredible service, very client oriented. Living over an hour away from the dealership they made it very painless experience. I was in and out of the dealership in about 15 minutes with a great loaner car. Our salesperson, Sandra, was friendly, knowledgable and made our buying experience a pleasure. She listened to what we wanted in a car and actually "upsold" us from a 528 to a 535 because the 535 was really the car for us. We have done business with BMW Northwest in the past and have been very happy, especially with the service provided by John Noyse, Service Manager. John goes beyond the norm to provide exemplary customer service. He is one of the reasons we chose to do business with this dealership again.
Every visit to BMW Northwest I am treated as though I am the only BMW Owner in the shop. Not only did they go over what servicing was coming up, I received helpful information regarding purchasing the Nav update for my BMW.
