This was our first time at BMW Northwest and it was AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE. MARK was simply the best. He was very straightforward in dealing and helped us along every step of the buying process. I wasn't happy with Seattle BMW after two car purchases (the service is great though), so I drove 35 mins down to Tacoma. I got a decent deal, plus the whole purchase process was super fast and efficient. The staff was also very friendly without being annoying. The snacks and beverages are a nice touch!
We own three BMW's and recently moved to Gig Harbor, WA. My wife's X5 needed service. We were leaving town with an early flight and wanted to drop the vehicle off on the way to the airport. Our new X3 was the fourth BMW purchased from BMWNW, all have been great experiences. Ron Hanson sold two of those cars, so naturally we went back to him. Ron is like family to us, smart, caring and very knowledgable about the cars he sells. He's also a fun guy, good follow up and tried his best to teach me how to us the iDrive. I still have a problem trying to find how to input a location in the navigation. Would I recommend BMWNW to my friends, YES!

Ron Hanson and Jay Senon are awesome employees for BMW Northwest. If you are looking a new car, ask for Ron Hanson or if you need service, ask for Jay Senon. They handle me with kid gloves each time I'm at the dealership. They make BMW the best dealership in the Northwest.
