Shawn is an amazing salesperson. He has tremendous passion for the BMW product. I would imagine shoppers for performance cars are already a motivated group - but I was even more excited about the product, the maintentance plans, and the dealership AFTER speaking with Shawn. I shopped all over Washington and Oregon. Truthfully, shopping so many dealerships made me appreciate Shawn and BMW Northwest even more!

This is the 2nd car I have bought at BMW Northwest, Susan in finance is great handled all my transaction paperwork, and JamesLee handled the sale from start to finish professionally and followed up with answers to all my questions about the car. I looked at the other BMW dealerships in the area and BMW Northwest was the only one that had the car I wanted in stock or being delivered within a week (both times) The others did not. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a BMW Mike Seattle area

Ron helps you buy a car meeting your individual specifications at a fair price. He is thorough, attentive, and responsive. Their offer for my used car was within the expected range for dealer purchases.

Our entire experience with BMW Northwest was outstandingly rewarding. From the beginning the BMW was at the top of our list, as we had owned a BMW Bavaria in the early 1970s. Upon our arrival Bruce Lincicome greeted us, answered our questions, and gave us a test drive in a 328xi, since we believed an all wheel drive vehicle is essential (we live in Northwest Montana in a rural mountain location. Absolutely phenomenal service! Courteous and profession from the start. I originally contacted Mark while serving overseas and he made everything simple and straightforward from the start. I told him what I wanted in my vehicle and he promptly replied with multiple options for me to choose from. Susan also helped and assisted me in choosing the right maintenance package for me. Overall great experience!

The BMW Northwest crew is fantastic in helping me set up appointments, confirming appointments, and even following up after service to my vehicle. I usually just wait at the store while my vehicle is being serviced: nice lounge with drinks and snacks but the best part for me is that I can continue to work via remote access because of the free wifi service. The staff are so gracious enough to let me use one of the desks to set up my laptop. After servicing, my car also looks great from the wash and cleaning. Thank you BMW Nor... read more

Shawn was very friendly and helpful. Refreshing approach compared to most car salesmen as he was informative without being pushy. We had been at another dealer and were given the tired argument that the price presented to us was the "best" they could do. BMW Northwest beat thier price by a mile!

I though the professionalism of both Josh and Oscar was spot on. They knew what needed to be done and really accomodated me very well during my visit. Definitely head above the other BMW dealerships in the region.

My parents first purchased their BMW from BMW Northwest in the 1980s, they were always going on and on about the service they received. Since this was one of my only exposures to car dealers, I had no clue that it was rare to receive this type of treatment. Fast forward to 2009 when I was in the market for a new car.
