I had an awesome experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. Then a light came on, and who would ever guess you would have an even better experience in the service department! When my car was done being serviced, I went to pick it up! Right when I walked in the gentleman addressed me by name! Great experience!!!!

BMW Northwest and, specifically, Sandra DeWan were a pleasure to work with during the purchase of our new 328i x-Drive. We have purchased many vehicles but this was by far the most enjoyable. We spent a great deal of time with Sandra going over the vehicle and it's options. Sandra made us feel as if we are her number one priority. We highly recommend BMW Northwest and Sandra DeWan to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. We will definitely be back to buy our X3.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I ordered my new 2012 BMW X3. It arrived much earlier than expected and exactly as I ordered it. This was the first car I have ordered and my very first BMW. I have purchased 16 cars throughout my life from various dealers across the country and I found BMW Northwest to be the easiest and hassle free dealer I have ever experienced. I live a mile from BMW Seattle but I decide to take my car into BMW northwest for service. I feel the level of customer service and good old' fashioned friendliness is definitely a step above any other BMW center in the puget sound area. When I had a headlight out BMW Seattle said make an appointment and when I called BMW nw they said come on in no appointment necessary, offered an oil change, washed & cleaned the interior and all in less time than they quoted! Bruce and Susan were very helpful and completely professional. Any questions I had were quickly answered and all the services I required were provided. There was never any pressure placed upon me. I was made to feel that they were genuinely concerned about my needs and satisfaction. I will continue to do business with BMW NW because of the attention paid to me by Bruce and Susan.

My wife and I drove from Arlington, Washington to BMW Northwest look at a car which was advertised on the internet. We were met by Joel Bowlin, who took the time to show us this auto, as well as others. Joel was great. Not a pressure sales at all. We were allowed to take the vehicle out on a good test drive while Joel stayed back at the dealership. I have been the proud owner of two BMW's. I had a 2003 X5 and am currently leasing the 2011 335d. 1st of all, I can't say enough about the quality of salesmanship. My sales advisor Gary Edinborough, worked with me on both. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. When I bought the X5, I knew exactly what I wanted. Great service and very friendly people. They made leasing my first BMW a good experience. If all goes well with this car, I'll definitely be back there for another one in the future. Very responsive folks. I hope their service departement is just as friendly and helpful.
