New 2011 328 MSport coupe first service; very accomodating to my schedule, very efficient and friendly. My rating is also based upon prior service over five years for my previous car, a 2000 328i sedan. This car had 175,000 miles on the odometer and needed lots of "wear" maintenance. My experience at BMW NW was not only a pleasure. My sales rep. Chris Busch and my service rep. Oscar are both very knowledgeable about the product and passionate about their jobs. I will keep taking my BMW to them with all my service needs. When I need another car I will most defiantly buy it from them. They have earned my business for life with their outstanding service and followup.

Everyone I've ever dealt with there is very accommodating and friendly. Employees strive to go the extra mile. Nice waiting area with excellent coffee! They deliver what they promise when it comes to getting things done on time. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Very flexible with making time to fit my car in late in the day. Quick service. Attentive staff. Clean comfortable waiting area with refreshments. Surprised at better price for oil change than other competing dealers. Will definitely recommend to friends.
