I've been servicing my BMWs at BMW NW exclusively since 1989. The staff could not be more friendly, professional, respectful, sensitive, and value-driven. I know I've SAVED money over the years due to the expertise and efficiency of the staff, the state-of-the-art tools and the honesty in dealing with warranties.

Outstanding service with friendly staff and a nice waiting area. Courtesy transportation was available but not needed by myself as the work was done promptly (despite my being a little late for my appointment). The car always looks better when I receive it after the service because they always give it a good cleaning as part of the service call. I appreciate that. Regards, Otto

Dave Quinn who is a service advisor I was recommended by a colleague from work made the experience so outstanding I would buy my next BMW from him (if he is allowed to help me with my next purchase)! Before I talked to him it was difficult to schedule an appointment for my car during a time that worked around my work schedule. I was shocked when he made a point in accomodating my schedule and getting me in right away, too. Thanks!

I live in Seattle. I became convinced that I simply could not afford the new X3 35i that my wife and I wanted. My experience with the local BMW dealer was frustrating and fruitless. My fallback was going to be a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar vehicle. As a last ditch effort, I called BMW Northwest, in the Tacoma area. I asked for the Internet Manager, and spoke to Mark Rauschert. I told him I wanted a no-nonsense deal. He convinced me that the drive to his location would be worth the effort. As always BMW Northwest exceeded my expectations. We have bought 4 BMW's from these guys and every one has been a fun experience. The cars are great but it is the follow-up service that keeps us coming back. I use them for all our service needs, oil changes to new tires. If you have a quick (one hour or so) service need their showroom/waiting area is stocked with food, drink, TV, wi-fi and better than being at the office. We are looking forward to buying our next BMW from BMW Northwest.

It is a shame that the highest score I can give is a 5! Customer service (that's you Sandra!), quality of product, responsiveness, price, attitude, delivering promises, and adding value are all magnificant qualities of BMW Northwest! I smile everytime I get in my 335I. Thanks to all - and I will continue to support and recommend.

I have been bringing my 530 in for service ever since moving to Olympia in 2008. They've always taken very good care of mycar, treated me very well, and been accomodating of my busy schedule. This dealer has earned my loyalty and will buy my next cars here until I can afford a Ferrari Italia ;)

I have been doing business with BMW Northwest for 25 years. They are friendly, reliable, and honest. I know I can rely on them to keep track of my car's needs so I don't have to. And I have learned I can trust them to do only what is needed, not add things on as was my experience with other companies. They treat me with respect and never talk down to me. They also have a great waiting area that makes me feel as comfortable as if I were at home.
