The service I have received from BMW Northwest has been outstanding! They have always gone the extra mile in customer service and experience! I highly recommend them for service or sales!!
The overall experience was great. The staff are friendly and they treat me like they really care about me as well as my car. The waiting area is inviting and comfortable. I have been having my cars serviced here for twenty-five years, and I know they are honest and reliable about my car's needs.
These guys know professionalism. I've been utilizing their service department since I purchased my BMW just about two years ago. Each time I walk in they greet me by name, I never have to wait to be seen and there's always a feeling that my issues are the most important to them. This is my second vehcile that I have purchased and have had serviced at BMW NW.. I like the personal service and follow up from both the sales and service dept. I highly reccomend them.
Ordered a 3-series thru BMW Northwest, and it was a great experience! The entire team walked me through all the options as we put together the order. Then, Ron kept me updated with the progress as the car was built, shipped, and finally delivered to the Dealership. Susan was the pro at making sure the financing package was painless and correct.
The BMW Northwest Service Team are simply the best. Fast, Friendly and on the mark. The Team treat me as if I'm the only Customer they have even when they are busy filling and working other service orders. My service is usually done before their given complete time, vehicle is washed and clean looking great at the time of pick up. And they offer shuttle service to and from my work which is another great customer service. If you want your BMW done right, go to BMW Northwest.
The entire staff at BMW Northwest go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I am always kept informed on the status of the repairs to my vehicle. Wouldn't take my care anywhere else!

The sales department is stress free, accurate, and friendly. Parts, service, outstanding in communicating and assistance. Financial department, excellent as well. Overall an easy pick for another vehicle and I indeed reccomend to anyone looking for a vehicle.
