I am not satisfied with duration and frequency of the same issue. During this service I applied to do an alignment that was off . Yet alignment was done on February with tires changes. Moreover, one or one and have years ago I also changed all tires on BMW with an alignment and then one years later tires were wear of on due to alignment off. When I tried to speak with Manager it was said he was busy. Yet no body call me back on my request

The dealership was friendly, efficient, and attentive to customers. Telephone calls were returned quickly and appointment was scheduled for the same day that I called. I purchased the car that day.

They sold me a BMW X3 in August of 2020 for approximately $14,000. At that time, they were aware of a Class Action Lawsuit against BMW North America in the case Gelis, et al. v. Bayerische Motoren Werke Alktiengesellschaft and BMW North America. This case was settled due to a faulty engine (N20) and specifically listed the car sold to me (F25, 2013 to 2015 X3 xDrive28i SAV). All pricing was not disclosed prior partially because I didn’t ask. Assumptions were made like the price of oil was not in addition to the oil service cost and the cabin filters cost was not in addition to the cost of installation. The total charged was way more than the value of the service.
