"BEST Experience Ever - It gets better after each Visit..." I just had the BEST experience ever with Norman Marrazzo at Thomson BMW and I want to brag about it. I previously purchased a 2009 BMW X5 CPO from David Dembrosky here in 2014 (traded in a 2005 BMW X3) and was really pleased with his service and attention to my needs, which continued with seasonal communications and birthday wishes over the past several years. "My 1997 BMW 540I" John McDonald helped me out. He kept me in loop on the status of my service repairs. I did give a good rating mostly based on Johns customer service skills but there are some outstanding issues with the repairs requested and showing completed on invoice. The air bag light came back on a few days after the fault memory was cleared. Tech says voltage supply faults were cause but asking if sensor is faulty or what else will fix this issue. "Great service as usual " Matt at Thompson did a great job of setting my expectation for the resolution of a bent rim. They sent out the rim to be repaired, and did a very good job of providing me with a good estimate for the time of completion. Then they went ahead and beat the estimate. Got my car back a full day before I expected. The repair completely solved a slight vibration in my front end. Very happy.

"My service experience " From start to finish, the Thompson experience was completed in a word, professional. From start to finish, everyone I encountered was excellent. "Great Service" Great service as always!! Convenient location, friendly customer service Rrental always available. Only one issue my hockey player was removed from the back of my vehicle. They could not find it. 😢 Everytink else good
