"Great customer service " From the time I walked in to the dealership everyone was very nice and helpful. My sales guy Rob Ridgeway was very patient and very knowledgeable.

"Consistent reliable high value Service" I am again so happy with the service and support from Thompson BMW. Everyone is extremely friendly, professional and customer-focused from the valet to the actual mechanic to the service desk. I used to be leery of going to a dealers service because of the perception of higher cost. I've learned that you truly get what you pay for here and it's not that much if at all more costly. "Great service long wait" I brought my car in for routine service and inspection. I waited for the car to be complete. It took over 2 hours. I wish I was told it would take this long. Last time, it took an hour. Others came and went but I remained. Better setting of expectations would have been helpful since last time it did not take anywhere near this amount of time.
