No pressure sales, totally fare trade-in quotes without any games and the extended warranty guy actually works with you for only the items you want. My car included enough rebates and discounts from sticker I didn't even need to negotiate, which really made the experience better. They also located a car to my specifics in another state an shipped it in two days at no expense.
