I expected to wait, but when Eric realized the process would take much longer, he put me in a loaner or his own initiative. He texted me frequently to keep me apprised of progress. And when I got the car, and there was a problem with the work (a windshield sticker had been put on inside-out), Eric personally carefully removed the fragile sticker and repositioned it correctly. Didn’t have to say a word. Awesome job!
