The people at the dealership were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was very nice not to have to haggle over a price and wait and wait for the salesperson to "talk to the manager" multiple times as has happened in the past when I bought a car. I don't like playing those games. And incredibly my X3 arrived when Mike said it would!
