A good experience with the overall purchase of my car. There was no back and forth with negotiations on the purchase price of the vehicle and if I buy another vehicle in the future I will consider BMW OF AUSTIN

On road trip from Scottsdale Arizona when I broke down in Liberty Hill Texas. Got towed into Austin. Limped into BMW of Austin at 7:05 AM without an appointment. Was greeted very professionally and soon was met by advisor Jose. He told me when the car would be inspected and set me up for digital updates. Jose came back with the problem diagnosis and when the service should be completed.
