We got there and were told by Sales Manager Chris that although BMW National forces them to use Kelly Blue Book, they do not have to honor it. "Communication severely lacking. Shop closed at 3pm on..." Communication severely lacking. Shop closed at 3pm on Saturday and at 2:30 I had not heard anything after calling and asking for update three times. Finally just drove to dealership and car had been ready for several hours. Not a good experience. Service advisor had gone home and nobody bothered to call or notify me when my car was ready.

The lady told us the two front tires were "not meeting BMW standards for wear". We don't even know what that meant as we know for a fact that the tires meet Texas/Austin inspection requirements. The receptionist, Mckala was unapologetic and completely unhelpful when I showed up to the dealership at 9:30 having been told at 8:45 that my car would be ready for pick up at 9:30 and McKala says it is going to take another 30 minutes because they haven’t done anything to get the car ready for pick up. My second trip to the dealership with charred part in my hand yielded a better outcome. Scott Cuny, my service advisor researched the issue and said the part was indeed covered by the warranty. I left part in hand.
