"Service is “ok.” They have no loaners to give so it’s not..." Service is “ok.” They have no loaners to give so it’s not a “luxurious” service any longer. I get that there is a shortage but to make up for that you’re going to need to step up your customer service, a lot. The porters are not friendly, welcoming, or even mildly professional. I dropped my car off one morning and the only thing the porter said was, “ Do you have an appointment?” as if I was bothering him. "The dealership sold me a warranty for lifetime oil..." The dealership sold me a warranty for lifetime oil changes. I pulled in and they told me a 2 hour wait, even though I had an appointment. It turned out to be a 4 hour wait. They were supposed to do a detailing on the car and they didn't. The service agent was aloof. DO NOT buy the extended oil change warranty or any warranty from these people. It was a horrible experience.

"The worst customer service and dealership have ever dealt..." The worst customer service and dealership have ever dealt with. After 4 months still not resolved or finished work. Be aware and would never use.
