Excellent service - Always prompt and friendly. My husband and I have always had great service. The staff goes out of their way to ensure that all of your questions are answered. The gallery itself is beautiful and the waiting area is very comfortable. In fact, the wireless capability makes it conducive to conducting work while waiting. I would definitely recommend the BMW Gallery.

Kim Lexner is my service representative - I am now on my fourth BMW purchased from BMW Gallery in Norwood. Kim does a fantastic job - she is courteous, efficient and very thorough in taking care of my vehicle. She gets back to me immediately when I call for a question or appointment and goes above and beyond to make the service process smooth. I have bought my car in Norwood, and have it serviced there for the past 3 years, Kim has helped me out on a couple occasions, one in partical was when i brought my car in for service and was not expecting to leave it there, when i told her that i had plans to go to play golf that afternoon, she offered me a car and even help me with unloading my clubs from the trunk! All of my service visits have been very easy to schedule to my convenience. The work has always been completed as promised and on time. A loaner car is available whenever you want it even if its for an hour to runn errands as they work on your vehicle. Dan goes out of his way to accomodate you. Great dealership, great people.

I have purchased 5 BMW's from this dealer, and all experiences have been good. My service consultant has been the one constant and she is the reason I continue to return. Her name is Kim Lexner and she's excellent. Sales people seem to come and go but she has remained steady in a sea of turnover.

I love this dealership, particularly the service department. Kim Lexner is outstanding. She is uber-efficient, smart, personable and accomodating. My car is always taken when scheduled, and delivered when expected. Work on the car seems OK, and mostly done well. Pat is the most pleasant of personaltities to greet. Charlie runs a great operation. However, the service department is very expensive, comparatively speaking. Kim Lexner is ALWAYS helpful and efficient and she seems to take a personal interest in my car. She is the primary reason I am a repeat buyer at Gallery of Norwood - proves service is critically important to a car dealer. The salesman who sold me my most recent car is not a factor in whether or not I will again return to Gallery Group.

Great dealership! Good service..Prompt. Courteous..Great car..Reliable..Never had any major issues..Service is generally done on my schedule and sat my convenience in so far as is possible..They do their best to accomodate me. They also go out of their way to do the little extras..
