All around excellent, I will always return here for sales or service ... I have purchased 3 cars here over the last 12 years, and the ownership experience has been terrific on all of them. My current 7 has more than 100,000 miles, and the service department has it running and looking as good as it did when I picked it up new. I will be buying my fourth 7 in the next 12 months, and I will absolutley buy it here.

Have used BMW Gallery of Norwood for years, having owned 17 BMWs, many purchased at Gallery. Their service is excellent and Kim Lexner is the best. You can reach them by phone or email; they have great loaners, and they always do what they promise. Besure to bring your BMWCC card for a car club discount on parts and service.
Dan MacDonald continues to be the reason why BMW Norwood gets my highest ratings. He makes every effort to accommodate, and the quality and timeliness of service is top notch. Dan always goes over and above the call of duty, making certain that my individual needs are met. I have purchased/leased 5 cars from BMW Gallery Norwood over the past 12 years. i have always gotten excellent pricing and attention from their sales department. Over the years, I had problems with 2 of the vehicles and BMW was incredibly responsive. They even took one car back and replaced it and with a better vehicle. Service is equally impressive. The service personnel can not be friendlier nor easier to deal with. I have no interest in buying a car anywhere else.
Dan MacDOnald in service deserves to be recognized for his knowledge, professional manner, and sense of humor - the entire dealership from sales to service is an A+ and I wouldn't purchase car any other place. Thanks for everything, you guys in Norwood make a GREAT team !!
Every time I brought my 7 series in for repairs or scheduled maintenance, I got it back cleaned inside and out. I can't say that about other dealerships around me. They are friendly, attentive, and do a great job. The one thing that makes a dealership great is their attention to the smaller details.
Dan Macdonald is the best! He gets "customer service" and what that means. Whenever I call I get quick answers with a very courteous and conscientious manner by Dan MacDonald. I get appointments pretty much when I need them and the loaner program is the best...Helps with minimizing absence from work needs....as I am the owner of my business....my time is money. thanks Dan! diane
