The service at BMW Norwood is the best. I purchased my current BMW because of Dan McDonald. He is always polite and professional. Any services I need I always contact Dan and he has always responded to my calls or e-mails in a timely manner. He is why I prefer BMW Norwood.
Kim Lexner at BMW Gallery of Norwood is outstanding. Use her as my service rep. for 99 M3 and 06 M5. Attention to detail, explaining repairs, and making sure unnecessary work is avoided is great. Kim worked with BMW of North America to reduce cost of VANOS repair on M5. Kim always responds to questions promptly and with detailed explainations.
Both sales and service have gone above and beyond expectations time and time again to make sure that I was happy. I am on my second car from the Gallery, and I will buy my third car from them when I need it. The gallery is not as convenient as other dealers to my house, but it is worth the extra miles to go there because they are so very good.
The Sales Experince with Dave Williamson from the start was just a great experience. This is my second 3 series and his knwoledge of BMW's is just what I was looking for. I have sent friends to him as he is that good. The service experience with Dan MacDoanld is another reason to deal with the Norwood Gallery. I have owned two cars purchased from this dealership and have had Dan as my service rep for around ten years. He has never failed to give personal, prompt and extremely knowledgeable help. Not only do I invariably get help for the needs I was aware of when I made my appointment, but Dan also points out items and services - most often covered by warranty or service contract, of which I would not have been aware.
The Service Team (Charlie Antiniou, Dan MacDonald, Stan Sockol and the Master Techs) at BMW Gallery-Norwood are really attuned to customers needs. Every time I bring my cars in to be serviced the work is completed in a timely fashion. There are loaners available but I have never utilized this great addition to their Service Department. If you need BMW parts you can get them the very next day as Ed Reyonolds Manager and Steve Richard Assistant Parts Manager can over night items from the BMW warehouses in the area.
Excellent dealership that places a real emphasis on customer satisfaction. Prices are fair and service is always completed to my level of satisfaction. Proper time is spent to hear the customers needs and ensure they are addressed. Dealership is also organized very well and makes the service experience a pleasant one.
i have found Dan to be very promt in responding to my calls and scheduling appointments for service. i recently had some issues with the car making some strange noises and every time I brought in the car it seemed the noise was gone. Dan listened to me very carefully and thru his perseverence, they wwere able to find the problem and fix it. He also made sure i had a loaner waiting for me.
Been servicing my car at BMW Gallery Norwood since 1995 (warranty and non-warranty). Excellent service. Been working with Dan for many years. Very professional and at the same time personable. Never had any problems with warranty work. -----------------------------------
