Purchased a 2012 X5 last weekend and I could not be happier with the service I received. I drove down from NoVA and I did not regret the drive, it started with the warm welcome we received and ended with a big smile. Steve Lerner is the best salesman I have ever dealt with, he was knowledgeable and very willing to work with us. Drew closed the deal with us and he did everything he could to make sure that we left with the car we came for. I will definitely recommended Richmond BMW to everyone I know.
Steve helped my design my custom order X3 and he was very patient with me. I appreciate that he did not pressure me to make a quick sale or buy anything that I did not want. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells and I would buy from him again.

Purchased a 2017 X3 - easy process - be ready to negotiate the LOJack that has been already installed. Steve Lerner walked thru all features and was patient with us. Finance was a positive experience however shop rates first.

I called at 9PM. Steve answered and answered all of the questions I had. We put our transaction together and the delivery process these guys do is second to none. I gave the good rating because I was very pleased with the service and the information I received. I leased the vehicle for 3 years but did not receive the encore information I needed at that time to fully operate the vehicle.
