I had a very great and pleasant experience dealing with Yousaf Omaid - BMW Genius. I had the appointment 2 weeks after purchase and he cleared all questions I had. Sales Team - Joel Wright, Dmitry & Joey Harris are very helpful. They worked with me through the end in closing a deal. Akshay was veryhelpful in closing process. This is the place to shop for BMWs. Great staff, very friendly and worked well together. Despite very heavy Christmas customer traffic which took up some time, it was fun talking with other customers. Yousaf and Josh took care of the finance end quickly and efficiently, and I am still amazed at how much Steve Lerner knew about the 328i and the process of buying a new car. I appreciated Matt checking in, and hope he will remember me if they initiate lending an M series car while my car is being serviced. Best Christmas gift ever!
