Steve Lerner is the best there is- he really cares about his customers and will do anything that he can to make them happy. My dad bought a 528 back in end of July and I tagged along with him because I knew I was planning getting a 320 end of September/beginning of October. This is my first Bmw and not my last. I was swept off my feet by the service from Charles Armstrong, Dmitriy Shapovalov, and Akshay in finance. They were very honest, patient, helpful, and most of all made my wife and I feel like family. I never been to a car dealership were everyone greets you and takes their time to help you make the best decision. From the Sales Department to the Service Department, my experience with Richmond BMW has been exceptional. I just purchased my second BMW from Steve Lerner. He is very helpful and resourceful in getting you the best deal. I enjoy working with him because he is ethical and honest. Also Anton Kulay, Business Manager, was very helpful.

The time I spent looking for a used car at Richmond BMW with Steve Lerner was a great experience and worth the long distance travel. Steve is professional, knowledgable, and personable. Due to inventory and the car options I desired, I ended up purchasing a CPO from another dealership. However, I can honestly say that I wish I could have given Steve the sale due to his exceptional service.

Found the car we wanted on line and received immediate assistance from Steve Lerner at Richmond BMW. They were more than willing to hold the car for us until we could fly in to check it out and test drive before purchasing. Steve was there holding our hand every step of the way through the always long process of finalizing the purchase.

This is the second vehicle I purchased @ Richmond BMW and I specifically went back to work with Steve Lerner. After difficulty trying to work with another dealership, I called Steve and told him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to be in and just asked if he would call me they had this in their inventory. My wife and I visited BMW researching used cars. We meet Mr. Charles Anderson. Mr. Anderson was very patent and educated us on services, promotions, and warranties. Although we did not purchase with Charles his customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Mr. Anderson to get a good honest deal with no hassle and excellent service.

I was searching for a vehicle after a car accident that I need fast. I found a vehicle on Richmond BMW's website and sent an inquiry at 10pm and I got a reply from Mr. Steve Lerner in sales a few hours later at 1am advising me he'd have it ready by the late morning.
