Mr. Lerner at Richmond BMW EXEMPLIFIES what customer service should be. I brought my car one year ago and I am so happy that I lucked up and got Steven Lerner as my sales person. He had me driving off the lot in less than four hours. Impressed with his style, I will not go to any other dealer. Called about a car I had seen on line and Steve went above and beyond the to be helpful including taking pictures of the car and sending them to me without me asking to better illustrate some of the damage and also keeping me posted on the status of the vehicle because several other people were interested in it.

I was turned down at 2 different dealerships so when I came to Richmond BMW my confidence was broken. They never made me feel as if my credit was bad or that I was a second class citizen. Having just payed my well over 200k in medical school loans, I decided to treat myself with my dream car in 2015. I preordered my M2 with Charles Armstrong...but the problem was, after paying off the above debt, I was still wiped out when the time came for the M2 to be built. No cash, period. I called Steve Lerner to inquire about an Acura RDX that was listed at the Crown Acura dealership next door to Richmond BMW. From past experience with Steve, I knew that he would be able to sell the car to me IF the RDX was not a certified used car. After doing some investigation on my behalf, Steve learned that the car was, in fact, certified, so he could not make the sale. Instead, he referred me to the Used Car Manager at Crown Acura who was able to complete the sale. Thank you, Steve!
My husband and I were assisted by Charles and Kirk. They and others (receptionist, finance personnel, managers) worked together as a team to get us taken care of in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable about BMW's and friendly to work with. Their customer service was great! Not only did we purchase a vehicle, but we look forward to our future visits. They go above and beyond and will actually take the time to show you everything you want to know about your vehicle!
