Thouroughly enjoyed dealing with Steve Lerner when custom ordering my BMW M2. He kept me up to date throughout the timeline on where my car was in the production and shipping process. Additionally, he was able to track down an umbrella I left in my car that was traded in three weeks prior, and return it to me. I also had the preasure of dealing with Joey Harris to secure my allocation and with Josh Alford to make the paperwork process painless. An all around great trio to work with when purchasing a new car.

Steve is knows all about these cars and is really great to work with. He is really helpful and goes the extra mile to get you what you need. He has helped me search for cars, get information on packages available, kept me informed about ordering and delivery options, and has done everything he can to make me a satisfied customer. I will always go back to work with Steve. He's the best!

We drive about an hour to have our car serviced at the Richmond BMW because of their excellent customer service. I should point out that we didn't even buy our car at their dealership, but the staff always treats us as if we did -- like family. We never get that smarmy feeling that we've had at other dealerships. The employees are professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. We traded in our '15 Mini for a '15 Mini Cooper Coupe, tricked out with John Cooper Works. The car is so much fun to drive! Brought it up from Williamsburg 5/19/16 to have the stripes replaced, and inspected. The service staff is wonderful, and gave us a loaner for the afternoon. The car was vacuumed, cleaned up and waiting for us when we returned. There was a small ding on the driver's side door, which was also repaired. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fun car to drive.

I had a great experience with this dealership. Everyone was upfront and honest, quickly moved through the sales process and they were very flexible when I had them present several scenarios - buying vs leasing. I don't think I have had a better experience buying a car.

I was doing my research online and put in an inquiry at about 11:30pm on a Saturday, with an email back from Steve Lerner in about 15minutes. I spoke to Steve and Aaron the next morning about a 5 series I was interested in, discussed an appraisal on my trade in, and walked out of the dealership later on that day! They made it extremely easy and stuck to their word on everything we discussed on the phone prior to making the 2 hour trip to see them. The sales team was very responsive from the moment I called. After I purchased our vehicle, which is a used Acura, I had a problem with the car the next day. They addressed the problem immediately, no questions asked.
