I called about a vehicle on the lot and Kirk Randolph was the most responsive and attentive sales consultant I have met to date! You must know, I am very "picky" to say the least. I conveyed my needs and concerns to Kirk over the phone, met with him at the dealership, he was never pushy (which never works for me), thoroughly explained the process and genuinely cared about me as a customer! Andrew and Josh made this the most relaxing and amazing car buying experience we've had. They happily took care of us even though we came in right before closing time. Their knowledge of their products and services was incredible and their customer service was stellar! If you're looking for a bmw, I highly recommend this dealer. Mr . Steven Lerner is the ultimate professional.Really knows about the cars he is selling. Informative I didn't feel rushed. Answered all my questions. He is really interested in the customer. I bought the car. And it wan't the usual stressful (for me buying a car) Mr. Lerner is an impressive representative for BMW . I would certainly recommend him to friends. Steve Lerner was a most attentive and informative sales representative. Without pressure and an aggressive sales pitch, he answered all our questions and went beyond the call of duty to show us vehicles that interested us. He even continued to work with us after his work hours expired. He was knowledgeable, personable, interested in us and our needs. He could not have been more patient nor pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Steve Lerner to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.

The salesperson we engaged with on looking at BMW's was very knowledgeable and patient to go over all functionalities of the car. He was understanding that it had been awhile since we had been on a dealership lot to explore the latest technology in cars. Plus, he went over and beyond our expectations in delivering the presentation of the 3 Series.

Purchased my second vehicle through Richmond BMW and Steve Lerner. Steve is the most knowledgeable salesperson I've ever worked with. He took the time to ensure that we knew everything we needed to know about the vehicle and then some. Excellent service! The BMW I leased was the best automobile I have ever had. When I moved and had to return the car to the dealership early, BMW was extremely helpful. Not only efficient and courteous, Steve Lerner went out of his way to assist me with the lease return process. He drove me to the DMV to return the plates and dropped me at the train station so I could catch a train back to my new home.
