Best Service Ever ! Tabatha Lindstrom was very polite and got my needs taking care of faster than I suspected . I have been in customer service for over 20 years. In my book she got a A+ ... everyone is always pleasant to speak too there. I will be back for sure.

LOU BACHRODT is the best car dealership around, and SAM FERRILLE is the BEST salesman!!! As our 2013 Buick Verano was coming off lease, Sam worked with us in planning our actual purchase of the car. We had several discussions over the last few months about this. Sam made the entire process quite pleasurable. We highly recommend Lou Bachrodt. Al Luna was our salesman, he was great! The General Manager George Schaffer is so nice and so is Claude. The finance girl Teressa is so nice and so efficient. We would highly recommend this dealership. Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet treated us great!

We met a lot of nice people , liked our salesman , Kevin Lee and came back to the UP of Mich. with a beautiful Chevy 2500 . They gave us everything Errol asked for .

I truly had a great experience with Lou Bachrodt. JR is an awesome salesman and he really helped to get me the best deal possible that fit my need. I Recommend if you are looking for a nice vehicle with a great price speak with JR you will not be dissatisfied.

The people are friendly and I didn't feel pressured by anyone there to buy a car/truck. It was a hassle free experience and they were able to get a price I could work with.

The reason why I said 4 is because when I came in to the dealer and pick out my new truck they told me a monthly payment and the when I went back the next day to do all the paperwork they told me a higher price then what they told me but then when they explained it to me why it was higher but when all was done I got my monthly payments right where I wanted it
