These guys were nothing short of AWESOME. On a scale of 1 - 10, they were an 11. Prompt, professional and worked with me SO well. Their only concern was that I left HAPPY and SATISFIED... and I did. I will most definitely return for my next auto purchase. I just cannot say enough good things about them :)

Overall it was a 10 experience,it was veery professional experience, as good as I've ever hand & Ive had many new cars. Will look to same dealer on next car purchase, like lease ring & will do again soon

My wife and I had specific option requests that were not immediately available at the dealership. The representatives at Lou Bachrodt went to great lengths to search for and appropriate the vehicle requested. In fact, it ended up having more options on it than requested and we were not charged for. My wife and I are very happy about the outcome!

My experience was top-notch - Joe Luy was most knowledgeable and helpful - would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. I had talked to Joe a few months back and told him I would contact him later. It was later than I planned, but I so appreciated the fact that he did not keep calling me. We had purchased a car from Lou Bachrodt a few years. We found ourselves looking again, and the first and only thought we had was to go see Joe Luy at Lou Bachrodt. Joe is very patient, answering all our questions. He also is not a "pushy" salesman. He is very respectful and courteous. I felt like Joe was on "our" side when the negotiations (which wasn't much) started, helping us get the deal we wanted.

This was one of the most enjoyable car-buying experiences I have ever experienced. I received outstanding customer service from the salesperson, to a manager, to the GM. There isn't a better place to buy a car in Rockford.
