From the first time you are greeted at the door to the final time leaving the dealership with the keys of your new vehicle in your hand you will feel like you have your own personal assistant. Brandon Campbell was fantastic in letting me figure out if the car was right for me without pushing or over selling. He got my husband and I out of there quickly and efficiently and always made it known that he worked for us. Great experience!

I found a 2010 Silverado after looking for at least a couple months. No sales pressure at all and they let me put truck On lift to check it out underneath. All the employeses from sales, service, finance were great. I bought another car a few years ago from them and it was the same experience. I will definitely check them out next time I need a vehicle.

The sales team @ Bachrodt Auto Mall bent over backwards while being shorthanded and extremely busy to make sure we were able to take home our perfect car!

EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T PURCHASE A CAR AT THEIR DEALERSHIP, MIKE FISHER WAS A GREAT PERSON TO WORK WITH ESPECIALLY WITH HIS FOLLOW UP. CERTAINLY WAS NOT THE LEAST BIT PUSHY EITHER. DID HIS HOMEWORK ON THE FIGURES TOO. I JUST HAPPENED TO FIND THE EXACT CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR ELSEWHERE. THE CAR WAS A 2016 GMC ACADIA .WHICH IS NOT A VEHICLE BRAND I THE BOX OF THIS SURVEY.

My experience at lou bachrodt chevy was a very happy one. My salesman, Jim canfield, was courteous, kind, and a very good listener. He spent 5 hours listening to me and helping to reach a conclusion of what I really wanted in a car.
