Brandon Campbell very friendly, patient, kind, polite, knowledgeable. Took time and answered my questions and made sure I was getting what I wanted. Let me take the car home to test drive it for 3 days. That was a big saler in itself. Love my car got a chance to get use to driving it.

Both Joe and Josh were friendly and helpful; I couldn't rate their customer service any more highly. Joe spent extra time explaining the intricacies of the Bluetooth, OnStar, etc., features of the vehicle, which was very helpful.

We currently purchased a 2016 GMC Acdaia. This is our 5th vehicle purchased with Lou Bachrodt. We continue to go back because of our salesman Mike fisher.
