When we first walked into Lou bachrodt we were greeted by Todd C. He got us started by introducing us to a man by the name of James Canfield. James just wanted to say thank you for everything you did for us. James found us the vehicle we were interested in and answer all question we had for him. He also explain all the future of the equinox we purchase. I will recommend anyone I know that needs a car to Lou Bachrodt and for James to be there salesman. Thanks again James.

I use my van for business , cookie route. I recently had a problem with my power steering, stopped in and was greeted b a service rep. Courtney. She was very professional and got my truck looked at that day. After finding out that I needed a power steering pump and gear box. (Replaced in May at Firestone) She recommended the Proper Equipment (GM) and I agreed to have it fixed along with a few more things. Sam Ferrille made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. There was no pressure at all and that is what I was expecting from such a large dealership. He answered all of our questions and even helped with our phones and On-Star set up. One of the best sales people I've ever encountered.

Mike Fisher is such a thoughtful man and willing to go the extra mile literally!! He took my carcar, which I purchased several years ago from Lou Bachrodt, all the way to Belvidere IL for me to have my remote start fixed. He did not have to do this but because of his kindness and caring for others he went the extra mile for me!! Thanks Mike!! You are one in a million!

My service rep Al Luna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my making a final decision. Negotiations were as easy as could be since the initial offering for the vehicle was as advertised and really good for the amount of car I purchased. Not to take anything away from the rest of the quality staff on hand, I would buy another vehicle from Al when the time comes!

Courtney does a fantastic job of customer service from the moment she greets us to the moment she hands back the keys. We have had several cars into service over the years and we always request Courtney because we know she will be friendly, proactive, and communicative. Can't say enough about her!
