The sales rep I dealt with are very helpful (Mike and JR). Both are patient dealing with my flip flop decision making process. The show room is nice but the office are not very comfortable. I preferred to sit in at the table outside the office. Finance manager Frank is fast and efficient to go thru the paperwork. All of them answered my questions patiently. I definitely would go back with Mike or JR.

Joe, Josh and Steve and Frank made leasing my new X1 fun. All are extremely knowledgeable on the product and in their respective fields. The process went seamlessly. Josh and Joe are incredibly patient. I got a great deal and now have a great group of guys who are there for me with any question I have.

JR was great and super fast, he got right to the point. He made sure that everything was right and we loved the truck before we left. He was also very patient.

Kevin lee was very helpful and got us the exact vechial that we wanted. He also tried to get us the payment we were looking for and he was helpful explains the onstar that came with the car and the xm radio.

I was very happy with the way I was treated , Filiberto was a very good salesman .He did all he could to see that I was happy . I will have my service work completed their and when the time comes that I am looking to purchase again I would be very happy to return to this dealership .

Not only was salesman Sam Ferille very patient and helpful, but service consultant Brian Timm was extremely knowledgeable. I have bought at least 5 vehicles over the last 16 years from this dealership and have always been very satisfied that I was enabled and not pressured into any purchase.
