I walked into Lou Bachrodt after being in other dealerships that were way too pushy and eager to get me to buy immediately before answering all my questions. When I talked to Josh, he let me ask all the questions I wanted and answered some I didn't even know I had. He was patient with me in checking out every feature and afterwards showing me how to set up my devices and navigational settings. I would recommend Lou Bachrodt to anyone purchasing a vehicle, irregardless of your purchasing experience. Prosper Rubino with the leadership of Mitch Nelson was phenomenal in his knowledge and low pressure sales. This dealer only sold me what I wanted, not what they thought I wanted. Frank was exceptional as well in F&I recognizing my knowledge of what I wanted and while still letting me know of available products, he did not put an inordinate amount of pressure on me to purchase these products.
