The sales team was great to work with and the whole experience was very low pressure. Sam Ferrille was very knowledgable and took time to explain all aspect of my new vehicle. The sales team worked with finance to make the new car purchase even more enjoyable. Theressa did a great job getting the numbers to work and made the paper signing ritual enjoyable. This is the first new car I have ever bought in Rockford and I will definitely be using this dealership in the future.

My sales man was helpful and good mannered and kept me up to date. Also he explained things well about my truck. As did the rest of the team at the dealership were informative as well.

Greg Burkett was very accommodating, good guy. They were very busy that day but it would have been nice not have the process take as long as it did.

Prosper helped me find a great even though no where else would let me with my credit history. I am so happy I chose Lou Bachrodt I would recommend them to anyone! All the people who work there are awesome people!
