This was my first time buying a car and my first encounter with Lou Bachrodt left me confused and unsure if I wanted to proceed, but thankfully I didn't give up so i went back. Well with my second encounter a gentleman name Fil S. not only got me in my car of my choice but he explained everything down to getting my next oil change. So thank you Fil for all your help! Lenin Lee, our sales rep., was helpful in supplying me with the necessary data and pricing on the models I was interested in purchasing. Kevin was very courteous and knowledgeable. His enthusiasm was exceptional. He was helpful and very patient in answering all my many questions. My wife said it was the least stressful car buying experience we have ever had.

I drove 2 1/2 hrs to look at a car they had for sale. I was told I wouldn't be disappointed and I wasn't. The car was perfect and to my surprise they even added a 2yr 100k mile warranty. This dealership went the extra mile for me and I was very pleased how they treated me and was willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. I wish all dealers were more like this one bc most aren't. Brandon and Filiberto really made my day they were awesome.

This was my husband's ninth new vehicle purchased at Lou Bachrodt. Gary originally walked away from this car/deal on a Wednesday, but JR started to think "out of the box" to help Gary buy this car while meeting his payment requirement. After we had a general payment amount from JR, we went to the Financial Department, and we received an even better payment amount which included some of the extras that Gary was not going to get. After 6 other dealerships, armed with the ability to walk away and negotiate, I met all my criteria of what a dealership should be in this establishment. Did all my homework, pounded out all the internet data and armed myself with consumer reports book and went it in feeling I was gonna get the same old routine, but was most impressed from the get go.
