This is not our first purchase at this dealership. We received excellent service from our salesperson, Sam, so decided to come back for another purchase. Everyone is friendly and professional. We were treated with respected and our satisfaction was priority. Definitely would recommend Sam and this dealership.

Lou Bachrodt dealership was not the first place I went shopping for a car, but it will be from now on. Dale Kluck, the salesman who helped me purchase a 2014 Captiva (blue), listened, took special effort to fit the right car at the right price to my needs and wants. I'm very pleased with the car and the ease of the sale. Plus the service and parts department are efficiently run and well maintained. Mike was my salesman and he was awesome! Very helpful and accommodating. I purchased a 2014 chevy cruze and I couldn't be happier. I really like that they weren't pushy as other car dealerships have been in my past experience. Go in there tell them that you want and your price range and they'll take it from there. I would recommend them to friends and family and actually my sister is going to see Mike now for a car as well ??

The sales person was informative which helped me in making my decision. I would recommend everyone I know to go down there. They had a large variety of vehicles to choose from.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jasmine Irizarry, although my husband and I did not purchase a vehicle it was clear that Jasmine was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there and very dedicated to her work. Jasmine will pull the necessary strings and won't stop until she gets you the vehicle you are in the market for and she will work to get you a great deal with a great team at Lou Bancroft.

I have purchased three cars in 6 year from Lou Bachrodt. Thief sales people like Jasmine, Hank and Sam are not pushy to get a sale. They got me the exact car I wanted each time. The service department is wonderful, no hassle Courtney and Brian along with the rest are knowledgeable about my cars. My service was only routine not a problem with my VW's. I will continue to purchase from LB.

I found a truck i liked at another dealer down south and Bachrodt matched their deal saving me a 4 hr trip. They were the only dealer around that would have the lift kit and wheels and tires installed without question, no one else within 50 miles would. Fil was great to work with made everything easy and quick. First time not spending a half a day at a dealer. After this experience ill be back when im ready to buy again. Thanks! Jd Ps bought a GMC doesnt give me the option at the bottom.
