I would have gave 5 stars but i had a issue with my truck within first few days of owning but in there defense they are fixing it and there service department was great to deal with and Bob my salesman got me a loaner truck and is a real down to earth guy..

This is a very hard car to get, especially they way that I wanted it. Josh Schneider worked diligently for months and finally got me the car I wanted. The price was reasonable and the dealership was very easy to work with. Thanks! Hugh

Prosper was courteous, friendly, very nice person, We enjoyed our new van "Toyota Sienna" we really happy with our choice. Fil was very helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of the questions that I had. As a first time car buyer, there were several things that I did not know or understand. He made sure that I understood everything before I left the dealership. He stayed with me through the entire process. I am definitely satisfied with my purchase and experience. My sales representatives were Jefffery Martin and James Canfield. Jeff and Jim went through considerable time and effort to find the just the right Buick Enclave to meet my requirements and budget. After delivery, he would not let us leave the Dealership until he had demonstrated the features of the car and answered all of our questions. Came in pre-qualified and had an absolute great experience, Mecie was the one that got me set up via email and salesman Al Luna helped me find the perfect car. I was surprising my wife with a new car for her birthday and we settled on a 2016 VW Beetle, great car and great purchase experience. My husband and I were "semi-serious" about getting a second car and just went in for a couple of test-drives, but Warren Burgess, who let us know he was newer here at Lou Bachrodt, helped us feel incredibly non-pressured, which was a huge plus in making us want to stick around and check out vehicles.
