After retrieving my options I found out I was approved for 2015 .. my payment were given at the lowest possible amount with low interest. The staff was courteous, interested, and friendly. I couldn't have dreamt about a better out come.

Brent was very friendly and helpful. He walked us through everything. The process was quicker then any times before and even after the sale he is still willing to help with anything we need.

This was our first time at Lou Bachrodt, and we had a great experience! My husband and I came in with interest in one specific vehicle. Sam, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable not just about the make and model of the SUV, but he knew the history of the vehicle as well. Sam and the Lou Bachrodt team worked diligently to help us get a price that we felt comfortable with. We drove the car on Monday, and came back to purchase on Tuesday. Thanks Sam!

I enjoyed my experience with JR. Henry he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any question that I had and also told me that if I had anymore question after I got me car home not to hesitate giving him a call or I can stop by. I have purchased many cars, and this was a standout experience. It is weird for me to be so enthusiastic (hence the long review) about a car buying experience but it truly was perfect. Once I found out that my ‘new’ Tiggy was available, I was connected to Casey Welter. She was so perky, knowledgeable and passionate about VW's and I was fortunate to have her as my saleslady.
