I began my search for a new BMW online. Living in the Chicago area, I had many to choose from, Perillo, Patrick, Fields, Bill Jacobs and Elmhurst. Perhaps it's the sheer volume of customers at the above mentioned but I found Lou Bachrodt to be more responsive, better pricing and probably the best car buying experience I ever had. Brent possesses high levels of accuracy and work productivity. Takes pride in his job, helps you achieve your goals. No back and forth discussions, he didn't try to change my mind. I gave him a call on what I wanted, he had the car there within 30 minutes. Took a test drive, I was in and out in a hour with a used but to me new 2012 Chevy Cruze. I came to see what I could get since my siter recomended theses guys. I was offered the car I liked and got the one I was leaning toward. Mister Fisher was very reasonable and understood that i was trying to stick to a budget . He wasn't pushy and overall I had a really great experience, despite going a bit over budget. I very much recommend Lou Bachrodt auto mall to anyone looking for a good and fair experience.

My first visit, I was helped by a guy named JR. He greeted us with a handshake and a smile, he offered us coffee as we walked in the door and told us that this experience would be our best and last.
