Mr. J. R. Henry is the best. I bought a 2009 Silverado from him, and now I've bought a 2015 Chevy Equinox this spring. He is so good to work with. He really knows his product and can offer solutions to my purchase dilemmas. I'm very grateful for his help. Always great service and the people are so friendly. One thing that's been bothering me lately is the amount of sales calls I receive to trade in my car when I've already spoken with reps to say I'm not interested. We're upside down on our loan so it wouldn't make sense. Perhaps better record keeping would help?

I am very pleased at the car buying experience I had at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall. As tough as I thought the process would be, it was made easy by the sales staff and finance department. I was please that I got to deal with one associate James Crayton when purchasing my new car. James was very knowledgeable with the cars I looked at. He was able to answer questions I had about each vehicle which made it easier in making my decision which vehicle I purchased. James walked me through the entire purchase process which is completely different than other dealerships.

Since I've been using Lou Bachrodt VW service, I have always had great service and the repairs were done right the first time. In the next few years I may be looking to sell or trade my current car. Lou Bachrodt will definitely on my list of dealers to buy from.
