I went to lou bachrodt not thinking I would could buy a car. When I met Brian I felt differently. He made me feel very comfortable. I've been to some other places and felt pressured. Brian listened to what I needed and found me the Jetta I've wanted. After the test drive I knew that I wanted the car. I Didn't think I could afford it. About a year ago my family and I decided to take European Delivery on a German car. After a lot of research it looked like BMW had the best program. We started to visit dealers to see what we could find out. We went to a large dealership in Schaumberg figuring they would be better equipped to deal with the complications of such a program than our small dealership in Rockford. My husband and I came into your dealership today to check out the BMW's. We were greeted by Josh Schneider. Very professional and personable! We are not ready to purchase a car yet.
